All products are custom made per order. Since the manufacturing details of each style varies we estimate delivery as approximately 4-6 weeks from receipt of order.

Order Processing

Around the Collar is closed on weekends and major holidays. Most orders take approximately to 4-6 weeks from receipt of order to process. All orders received on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday. 

Standard Shipping 

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75. Orders with standard shipping will ship via USPS. Please approximately 6-10 days for standard shipping once manufacturing is complete. 

Sales

Please note that orders placed during a sale may take longer to process in our warehouse due to high volume. 

Free Shipping Promotion

During shipping promotions, sub-totals must meet qualifying dollar value before taxes and shipping costs. Unfortunately, orders shipping to Canada are not eligible for shipping promotions. *These packages will be shipped via Fedex Smartpost and delivered by USPS. 

Expedited Shipping 

Please note, most orders take 4-6 weeks from receipt of order to process. Expedited shipping is possible, but it does not increase the collar manufacturing timeline. Expedited orders shipped via FedEx Express Saver, 2ND Day Air or Next Day Air must allow extra processing time before shipping. Due to shipping restrictions, some products are not eligible for expedited shipping. 

Canada

All standard shipping rules apply to Canada orders. Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees may be collected at the time of delivery. Due to shipping regulations, some products are prohibited to be shipped into Canada. 

International

Unfortunately, Around the Collar does not currently accept international orders online, but please contact us directly for your order and we can certainly work with you on your needs.
